 Exchange Policy

At Chics Aura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free  exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items. All you have to do is raise a ticket from your Chics Aura account or drop an email within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please read the following guidelines carefully:



Exchanges
1) Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.
2) Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at chicaura17@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and the item you wish to exchange it for.
3) Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly ship out the replacement.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

-Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
-Items sold during a sale
-Items under ₹99
